This policy explains what personal data Danvaro collects, why, how it is handled, and the rights you have over it. It is written to align with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law.

02What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), the type of help you select, and your message.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request metadata, used transiently for security.
- Analytics: aggregated, cookieless usage statistics (page views, referrers). No cross-site tracking and no advertising profiles.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we ask that you not include sensitive personal information in form messages.
03Why we use it & legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Legal basis: your consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)/(b)).
- To keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To understand and improve the site via aggregate analytics. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, using privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement.
04Service providers (processors)
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
05International transfers
Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.
06How long we keep it
We keep contact form correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@danvaro.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, aepd.es).
08Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
